Sessional Lecturer Position January-April 2024 (University of Victoria)

ONLINE COURSE JANUARY 2024 The Department of Greek and Roman Studies invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer position to teach GRS 204: The Ancient World on Film ONLINE in the spring semester, beginning January 8, 2024. The course is scheduled on Monday and Thursday from 11.30 a.m.-12.50 p.m. PST. The successful applicant will have teaching experience either in the area of film and the ancient Greek and Roman worlds or reception studies, and should hold a PhD. This popular and well-enrolled course will have significant Teaching Assistant support. The Department also has resources such as syllabi and a selection of licensed films available.

A decision should be made quickly.
