Memorial Service for Dr. Sandy McKay

Please note change in start time!

The Department of Classics will hold a memorial service for Dr. Sandy McKay on Sunday, October 28 at 1:00 (not 2:00 as originally scheduled) in the Council Chambers, Gilmour Hall 111. Everyone is welcome to attend. Since Sandy was such an important member of the Classics community, we are soliciting anecdotes and reflections on his life; we'd also welcome photographs. If you'd like to contribute a few sentences or a paragraph about Sandy, please send them as attachments (in Word) by October 15 to Michele George at: georgem@mcmaster.ca. We'll compile them into a booklet and make it available to anyone who'd like a copy at the service. This will also allow everyone to contribute to the service and will make a lovely keepsake for Sandy's family.
